Getting Started is Easy
Try a free class
First, we'll give you a quick tour of the facility. Then, we will sit down and answer any questions you might have about who we are and how we train. Some common questions might be:
- Do I have to be in shape to join?
- What kind of results can I expect?
- How often should I come?
- What membership plan is right for me?
Then we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with some great advice. Expect to spend an hour at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.

Prerequisites
Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.

How Do I Book a Class?
What if there is a waitlist?
Join the waitlist! Set the time notification for the amount of time you need to get to class. You will receive a notification when you get a spot!
What are the membership options?
You can purchase the monthly unlimited membership for $97 per month, or drop ins for $10 per class! (there is no limit for the amount of drop ins you do!) There is no contract, we just require a 30 day cancellation notice!
What are the differences in the classes?
Conditioning days are cardio and endurance based, while strength days focus on weight training and overall strength/power. MetCon days are Saturdays and are a mixture of strength and conditioning.
Is there a shower available?
YES! We have a shower available, along with a locker room stocked with everything you need to get ready for the day-- from dry shampoo and hair tools to deodorant. Just be sure to bring a towel!

Do you provide free refreshments there?
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
Do I have to be experienced to join?
Is there Childcare?!
YES! We offer childcare at our 8:15, 9:30, 3:45, and 5:30 pm classes. (12:00 pm childcare is only offered during June and July). Please note, children are not allowed in the workout space for their own safety.
Will I be on my own during a workout?
There will be a Coach leading you through the entire workout who can also help with modifications. The hardest part is showing up-- just walk through the doors and we will help you with the rest!
What should I eat before my workout?
We recommend eating some type of carbohydrate an hour to 30 minutes before coming to class. Something light, such as fruit, toast, apple sauce or crackers!
